Sven Johansen is an experienced sparring partner for entrepreneurs and executives. He likes to enable ambitious entrepreneurs to seize opportunities. For example, as a legal advisor, Sven is often involved in setting up collaborations between companies and developing new products.

But Sven also enjoys helping to find solutions to difficult situations, such as disappointing results or discussions with clients or employees.

Sven's approach is always to look for the reasonable solution, without losing sight of his client’s interests. He is critical in a healthy way and communicates in a clear style. He is also very engaged with the entrepreneurs and businesses he advises.

In his career, Sven has developed to become the in-house lawyer and interim corporate lawyer of various large and medium-sized companies and institutions. In this capacity he has gained extensive experience in sectors such as (high) tech, manufacturing and food.

Together with Marcel Westphal, Sven is the founder of our innovative, quirky office. Within our firm, he is primarily engaged in the following areas of expertise: entrepreneurs & directors, personnel & labour, contracts and intellectual property.

Sven regularly lectures on various legal topics.

When Sven is not busy with his profession, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking for friends, cycling in the Brabant countryside and presenting pub quizzes for charity.

Sven is interested in other cultures and has good international contacts. This helps him in negotiations with foreign parties and in international arbitration and legal proceedings (including in China).
